1. Super Shane Strikes Again

And Shane McMahon, the 49-year-old executive, took both of them down and nearly beat them single-handedly, with only a last-minute save from Miz bailing him out.
It’s a strange, stupid story in many ways, with Miz wanting his father’s approval, but his dad looking up to Shane’s Super Dave Osborne impersonation. So Miz and McMahon set off to defeat five-time tag champs The Bar, which they then proceed to do in their first attempt, with Shane carrying the second half of the match himself.
Shane’s willingness to attempt a shooting star press (which he used to pin Cesaro for the tag titles) at age 49 is truly impressive, and if we were talking about Shane beating someone lower on the totem pole or overcoming the odds, that would be one thing. But this just makes the now-former tag champs look neutered by comparison.
