8. Elias & His "Special Tea"
In a move that would make tea-drinkers the world over pause Raw and put the kettle on, Elias was shown preparing a brew backstage before his match with Bobby Roode. This seemed to exist only so Michael Cole could talk about WWE's trip to Saudi Arabia again.
According to Cole, Elias brought a "special tea" back over with him that helps prepare his voice before those pre-match mini-concerts.
This was never mentioned again, even when an injury to Roode's throat provided the perfect chance for Graves to opine that a mug of this "special tea" might help soothe his pain. It was a bit of a missed opportunity, and it's something WWE themselves should have thought about.
Who knows if this will become a thing for Elias? It's a wonder WWE didn't have someone spike it so they could book a bit of toilet humour.
