Infusing it with somebody he was more familiar with, Hunter called up ostensible lost cause Buddy Murphy and rewarded his graft on the developmental brand with a push that culminated with the biggest match of his life.

Murphy's Cruiserweight Title victory at Australia's Super Show-Down was the perfect payoff to his long stint on the show, and made the entire brand look better by extension. It may not be onwards and upwards for the project just yet, but at least it's not down and out.
