2. Pre-Show Problems

IMPACT sadly still aren’t getting this pre-show thing entirely right.

We’ll speak more about the match that was featured and the feature-length video package on Rich Swann vs. Kenny Omega, but in terms of the pre-show’s actual flow, there simply wasn’t one. The FITE feed cut off after half an hour of the IMPACT roster discussing the title vs. title main event, before it suddenly came back to air right before a tag team match pitting Rosemary and Havok vs. Susan and the returning Kimber Lee.

A minor Down this, but it must be mentioned. It’s not exactly a new thing for IMPACT, unfortunately, as both the Bound For Glory and Hard To Kill pre-shows suffered from minor production issues too. Hard To Kill’s, for example, featured the panel continuing to be heard during a pre-taped video. Small issues like this don’t derail a show, but they certainly make it look subpar.
