Speaking of influencing people to follow in your footsteps, Neville himself has admitted that the British-born Dynamite Kid did exactly that for him during his younger days. The two are similar in stature, and while Dynamite was a good couple of generations ahead of one of England's newest wrestling stars, his legacy is undeniable. Dynamite Kid's use of the diving head-butt meant that even stars of the recent past and even the present look to use it as part of their attack. Neville is a little more over the top in terms of style than Dynamite was, but along with the admission that he was a major influence, Neville cites Dynamite Kid as the man he would have wanted to face in his dream match. He said: Hes very much an influence on me. I was a big fan growing up, and certainly become the professional that I am today because hes a role model of mine and someone Ive moulded myself after. So it would be an honour to be able to step into the ring with one of my favourite wrestlers ever.
