Rey Mysterio has been in the news lately with rumors of a potential return to WWE. Even if that proves to be true, the San Diego native still has a limited amount of time left to be able to perform inside the squared circle, especially with his in-ring style. One final WWE run for Mysterio would likely lead to a future Hall Of Fame honor. Perhaps, the next time that WrestleMania weekend finds itself in the Bay Area would create a good opportunity to induct Rey Mysterio as head of the class. Or, if WWE were to take the Showcase of the Immortals close to the southern border, that might make a better opportunity to induct Rey so close to Mexico. Regardless of when and how soon, Rey Mysterio will be given the WWE's highest honor and it will likely take place as the main event.
