Though it sounds like it should be about an American Football team, Blockers (otherwise known as C*ck Blockers since the poster has a cockerel in place of the offending word) is a flip of the sterotypical teenage sex comedy.

Rather than watching an American Pie like journey of self-discovery and awkward fumblings from the kids' point of view, Blockers instead turns attention to the parents - played by Leslie Mann, Ike Barinholtz and John Cena as they try to stop their children becoming sexually active.

Cena has shown his comedy chops before and watching him play a neurotic dad trying to break his daughter's pact to lose her virginity will be very funny, if the trailer is anything to go by.
