Neville battled it out in Smackdown's opening match against the new United States Champion, Alberto Del Rio. I guess I should start referring to him as the Mex-American Champion, but I'm going to choose to ignore it for a little bit and see if the name change goes away on its own.

Just in case anyone needed reminded that gravity forgot about Neville, here's a moment from their contest in which Alberto took a moonsault from the top ropes while he was on the outside. Neville is a treat to watch.

Alberto won the match and had a stare-down with Jack Swagger post-match because of countries or something.
