Professional wrestling is in somewhat of a funk. Ratings are down on all of the national shows and in some cases those numbers are at record lows. Despite the best attempts by promotions like WWE to place some of the biggest stars of wrestling's past on our screens, interest just hasn't picked back up. Many fans that were watching even just a few short years ago have moved on from wrestling, if the Nielson numbers have any truth to them. For those of us still tuning in on a regular basis, there's plenty to get excited about. Many of the wrestlers who continue to enter the squared circle week in and week out are working hard to give us the entertainment that we crave.
