15 Most Notorious Company Men In WWE History

2. John Cena

When someone stays in the main event picture for twelve years, you know they€™re doing something right by the boss. Cena€™s loyalty to WWE, its mission, and its creative direction is beyond question. No matter how many personal objections he might have to any company decision, he keeps his head high and accepts his position. Even if WWE makes his life difficult, with the grueling schedule and considerable time commitments, he€™s still the first guy to come to work and the last guy to leave. That, more than anything, is why WWE, and Vince especially, wants Cena to stay as one of their most prominent Superstar. Vince loves his insane work ethic and his seemingly endless determination to do what€™s best for WWE. Moreover, on the question of heel turns, Cena has said that he€™s never turning heel. Spending so many years as the company€™s top face, coupled with being a hero to millions of children everywhere, have cemented his plan on maintaining the same course and keeping with the same character. Even if a heel turn would, at this point, be one of the most shocking and interesting things in WWE, Cena€™s willing to accept the status quo if it means making the boss happy. And that is what being a company man is all about.
