Scott remarks that the first Nitro he appeared on was in Macon, GA - an event at which this author was in attendance - and mentions that heat had already preceded him before he arrived. He recalls The Nasty Boys complaining that they'd have to start working house shows now that he and Nash had arrived and were making all that money. Credit goes to Larry Zbysko for the layout of that first appearance. Initially Bischoff was going to have him come from the walkway with entrance music and everything just like any other wrestler, but Larry talked him out of it, saying it needed to look like a shoot. Having him interrupt the match while the wrestlers just stopped fighting and exited the ring amidst the confusion was another nice touch that added to the realism and gave off that "this isn't supposed to be happening" vibe.
