5. Daniel Bryan Initially Forgetting Samoa Joe
Another slight issue came during Daniel Bryan's backstage promo with Dasha Fuentes. At one point, it appeared that Bryan didn't know he would have to get through both Jeff Hardy and Samoa Joe to take his spot in the MITB Ladder war next month.

Fuentes tried to set the scene by mentioning Joe, only for Daniel to ignore that and say he'd be in Money In The Bank if he beat Hardy that night. It felt weird, disjointed and almost like Bryan hadn't been listening to the backstage interviewer at all.
The crux of Bryan's promo seemed to hinge on building up the match with Jeff. That's a shame, because the showdown with Joe is the real main course next week.
