16. Honorable Mentions

Let’s give a quick shout-out to some notable superstars who just missed this list still have notably bad records at WrestleMania.

Big Show deserves mention alone for his record-tying number of losses – 12 – against only five wins. (Triple H also has lost 12 Mania matches, but he’s won nine.) Among those losses are defeats against Akebono and Floyd Mayweather Jr., as well as John Cena, Undertaker and Mankind.

Two wrestlers, new HOFer Mark Henry and Matt Hardy sport 2-6 records, with Henry’s record tanking after four straight unsuccessful appearances in the Andre the Giant battle royal. Hardy was carrying a dismal 1-6 record before winning the Raw Tag Team Championships with his brother Jeff at WrestleMania 33 last year, boosting him out of the main list.

Matt has entered this year’s Andre battle royal, so most likely, we’ll see his record worsen, but that’s for a future list.
