At this past weekend's pay-per-view, Jim Ross referred to referee Rick Knox as "Mike Knox", then said he was having flashbacks to a prior point in his career. On Dynamite, those callbacks continued. Instead of talking about Full Gear, JR repeatedly called the show "Fully Loaded".

He did this more than once too, but managed to catch himself before saying it for a third time late on in the broadcast. WWE flashbacks are a thing, folks.
