5. "Seth Ryder"

Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder are your new Raw Tag-Team Champs, and the former jobber pair had their first defence against The Revival on this week's show. Sounds straightforward enough, doesn't it? Somehow, Michael Cole botched it (as we said earlier, it's been a looooong weekend for WWE's announcers).

He called Zack "Seth Ryder" when the action resumed following a mid-match ad break.

It's a small error, but an error nonetheless. Later, Corey Graves admitted that his brain was melting to the side of his head too after so much commentary.
