15. Someone Hating On Hartford
Another fan wasn't too keen on the surroundings. His sign said, "Place Is A Dump", which was an ever-so-slightly-harsh assessment on Hartford, Connecticut. Maybe that fan is planning a big move to Stamford (good luck affording that), or maybe they were in town visiting for Raw and weren't impressed by the state capital's amenities.
