Fred Ottmans WWF career wasnt very successful. He was given a sailors gimmick, complete with white pants, striped shirt, sailing hat, and miming pulling the cord of an air horn and making a Toot-toot noise. He would feud with Earthquake and later receive a shot at Mr. Perfects Intercontinental Championship, but was unsuccessful. He later changed allegiance and names, called himself Typhoon and aligned with Earthquake instead and even won the World Tag Team Championship with his fellow big man. But it was in WCW where he would forever cement his legacy. Thats right: Fred Ottman was the Shockmaster. So unlike most of the stars on this list, who were forgotten because their careers were wither too short or too insignificant, Fred Ottmans WWF career is an afterthought because his WCW career included what WWE once described as the greatest debut of all time albeit for all the wrong reasons.
