2. Paul Heyman's Brutal Line

There's no way this sort of promo line happens without Jerry Lawler's approval, and yet it'll still rankle some fans out there. When he was suggesting that Lawler open his pie hole and spill where Rey Mysterio was hiding, Paul Heyman said, "No-one will resuscitate you when you die on the air again!".

Oh boy.

For the record, that's not the first reference to Jerry's harrowing on-air heart attack in 2012. The 'King' himself has mentioned it since returning to the broadcast booth, mainly when Dolph Ziggler has been on screen.
