15. EC3 No-Selling Natalya's Birthday

EC3 hasn't done much since hitting WWE's main roster, so it's important for talent who are stuck in a rut like he is to maximise their on screen minutes. Carter did that on Raw by mocking Natalya's mini-birthday celebrations during The Usos' block party in the parking lot.

At least he toasted her big day.
