This one makes sense.

Look closely, and you'd have spotted The Singh Brothers standing in the background watching Kevin Owens and Dolph Ziggler argue. Then, when things got physical, Sunil and Samir were in the gang of extras who tried to break up the fight.

The fact they saw things escalate before jumping in is more logical than appearing from nowhere. Good call, whomever produced this segment.
