Shayna Baszler was pushing her foot right into Nattie's face when WWE's cameras zoomed in for a close up. Unfortunately, Shayna had stopped working the spot by that point, but went to do it again for effect. Look closely and you'll see how gently she placed her boot on Natalya's cheek.
