OK, this was unexpected.

Kayla Braxton delights in sneaking up on Paul Heyman for backstage comments. It's become a thing between the pair of them, and apparently Paul E (as a married man) is concerned that things are getting too full on. So, he said, "What you have is a sapio-sexual lust in your heart for an intellect like mine".

Somehow, Kayla stopped herself from bursting out laughing. She almost cracked when Paul then screamed, "Stop flirting with me!".
