Even Montez looked confused post-match as he walked up the ramp and stared down at his chest. There didn't seem to be any errant strikes during that tag with The Usos, and it's unlikely that Ford's headfirst dive caused him to bleed from the chest.
Maybe Jimmy or Jey scratched him by accident when they were trying desperately to catch him? Just a guess.
