Daniel Bryan - per Brie Bella on their podcast - has the kind of weak immunity that should really have kept him away from the empty gym era of SmackDown rather than featuring him in a prominent angle every f*cking week, but it's perhaps what we all should have expected from a man that grafted for two years to beat a medical test keeping him out of the ring.

This should be the feud before the feud - Sami surely won that belt just to lose it back to Braun Strowman - but a banger may yet emerge from the multi-car pile-up that is this event. Both Bryan and Zayn will do their best to make it so, anyway. Gulak swerve turning on Bryan for the finish might be a nice slice of Sports Entertainment too, despite their enjoyable offering as a unit this far.
