Pat Patterson isn't the first man to have held both WWE's Hardcore and 24/7 Titles. That honour goes to R-Truth. Back in 2001, when he was wrestling as K-Kwik, Truth bagged the belt twice on house shows. That makes Patterson the second man to win both. Gerald Brisco became the third later in the show.
