12. Tom Phillips Forgetting Last Week
Asuka returned to action on last week's episode of Raw by bagging a win over Shayna Baszler. That was revenge for the MMA bad ass knocking the Raw Champ's tooth out several weeks before. WWE made a huge deal out of Asuka's revenge just seven (eight at time of writing) days ago.

Tom Phillips forgot all about it.
He said that this week's match with Peyton Royce was Asuka's "return to competition". Lord only knows why he said that when he surely knew it wasn't the truth.
