Check out Shinsuke Nakamura's side bar nameplate. Specifically, look at the bit that notes he "speaks English and Japanese". His English obviously isn't good enough for WWE, otherwise Nakamura wouldn't have Sami Zayn as a mouthpiece.

It's pretty brave to point out that Shin is fluent in multiple languages when his promos have been a constant problem since he debuted.
