WWE actually jumped the gun trying to get this shot a few seconds before they did.

Cameras showed Shane McMahon selling on the ring apron and glaring at The Miz. Then, production cut to a wide shot on hard cam before returning to the same angle just in time to see Miz look helplessly back at his partner. That's when Shane winked at Miz as if to encourage him before again staring a hole through the back of his head.
