Fellow zebra Chad Patton was the one who spotted Finn Bálor's foot on the bottom rope, not Cone. That didn't stop John from telling the heels that he saw Finn drape his leg over the strand. No, no he didn't, and that was the entire purpose of the finish. D'oh!
