This 'Wild Card Rule' has thrown WWE TV into disarray, and there was another example of that on this week's Raw. Backstage, Sami Zayn went to Shane McMahon and asked if he could referee the main event. Wait a minute, why Shane McMahon and not Stephanie?

Isn't she the Commissioner of Raw?

Shane is the Commish on SmackDown, so this barely makes any sense. Are WWE alleging that Shane-O is the main authority figure across both major brands now?
