16. Lince Dorado Bumping Kalisto
We're not convinced that Lince Dorado was supposed to bump Kalisto off the ring apron when Lars Sullivan launched him during that three-on-one elimination handicap match. Instead of flying out onto the ring apron, Dorado gently eased himself through the ropes when he realised his teammate was still there.
