Sheamus' nuts would've been hurting following this seemingly-routine bump over the announce desk. He flipped over the desk, but landed testicles-first on the arm of a commentary chair. The man's face told the full story afterwards.

Weirdly, this sucky bump was one of the least painful that Drew and Sheamus suffered during their thumping 'No DQ' brawl.
