Regulars to this article series will know WWE's normally-switched on production truck has been a bit lax as of late. That trend continued when they nonsensically missed AJ Styles' sneak attack on Seth Rollins at ringside. Seth was thrown from the ring by Karl Anderson, who then distracted the ref. What did they think was going to happen!?
