Luna came from a wrestling family known for their brutality in the ring and she epitomised that right from her debut in the WWE, backing Shawn Michaels in his battle against Tatanka at Wrestlemania IX and speaking in a raspy voice that was frankly terrifying. She later became Bam Bam Bigelows main squeeze as 1993 progressed, but not before battling with Sensational Sherri in the aforementioned fight that saw both women lose articles of clothing. Luna went on to play an enormous part in helping Sable redefine womens wrestling during the Attitude era but she never again reached those heights after she left WWE. She tragically lost much of her wrestling memorabilia in a house fire in 2009 before succumbing to a drug overdose in 2010 at the age of 48.
