Kensuke Sasaki is the first man to hold all three of Japan's major singles championships, but years earlier, he sporadically competed for WCW as part of their talent exchange with New Japan Pro Wrestling (alongside grapplers such as Masahiro Chono, Jushin Liger, and Yuji Nagata). He captured the United States Championship from Sting in November of 1995, but lost it the following month.
