Two titles changed hands on the second night of NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver, including the NXT Championship itself.

NXT's resident monster Karrion Kross battered Finn Balor to take the top prize for a second time. It was a well-played clash of styles that saw the smaller, craftier Balor trying to lay traps for the bigger, more brutish man, working the torso while avoiding Kross' biggest bombs.

This worked to a degree, and Balor was almost able to tap Karrion out, though he eventually succumbed to a late-match flurry concluding with some ugly shots to the back of the head. Kross regained the belt for the first time since August 2020, when he was forced to relinquish it due to injury.

WWE also crowned a new undisputed Cruiserweight Champion in the opening ladder match, as Santos Escobar prevailed over Jordan Devlin. Escobar was named Interim Champion at the onset of the global health crisis, with Devlin unable to defend the NXT Cruiserweight Title in the United States due to travel restrictions.

The night's other title matches saw Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart retain the NXT Women's Tag Team Titles over The Way, while Johnny Gargano bested Bronson Reed to keep hold of the North American Championship.
