20. Vs. Goldberg - WrestleMania 33

Coming into WrestleMania 33, there may have been no rivalry in WWE history that needed a good match more than Brock Lesnar and Goldberg. 13 years prior at WrestleMania XX, despite being a highly anticipated matchup, Goldberg and The Next Big Thing had their first match hijacked by the Madison Square Garden fans ruining the match. They followed that up with Goldberg's shocking 90 second squash of The Beast at Survivor Series in 2016. This left fans wanting to see the two legends bring it in their final match at WrestleMania.

While not a technical masterpiece, thankfully their third time was the charm for the two former NFL players. The first moments saw three Lesnar Suplexes followed by two Spears by Goldberg, including one through the ringside barricade. A third Spear and a Jackhammer could have been the end but Lesnar kicked out. The Beast recovered, leaping over an attempted Spear to raddle off seven consecutive Suplexes and an F-5 to finally put Goldberg away and win the Universal Championship.

Amazingly in this match, there was not a single offensive move that was not a Spear, Jackhammer, German Suplex, or F-5. Nobody expected this match to be a mat based classic or go more than a few minutes and the two legends did the basics to near perfection. The equivalent of spamming finishers in WWE 2K22, this was fast paced, violent and entertaining match to end their ten year rivalry.
