It's not just in the names, though: both are the most cunning female characters in their respective properties, driven by a firm desire to protect their family's livelihoods by any means necessary. Despite originally appearing on WWE programming as a face, Steph has spent the majority of her screen time (and is evidently much more effective) as a heel, manipulating others to her own end, much like Cersei. And of course, much like Cersei, Steph kept her love life "in the family", by dating and eventually settling down with Triple H (but more on him later...)
