19. Sweet Little Lies

Though pinched from The Simpsons, WWE's lie detector test segment between Vince McMahon and Mr. America poured fuel on the fire between the two fierce rivals before a real-life falling out extinguished the flames.

Rolled out to try and out the masked superstar as Hulk Hogan, the machine instead absolved 'The Hulkster' entirely before the tech was turned on The Chairman. Fans popped huge for the machine outing McMahon as an "a**hole", "sick, perverted, power-hungry freak" and buzzing him into frenzy as he tried to defend himself from the fibs he suddenly couldn't stop telling.
