By the time the 1990's were nearly up, World Championship Wrestling was a company without direction. Things would only worsen as the new millennium dawned, and it became clear that those in charge had no ideas to save the sinking ship. WCW had completely ruined top stars like Bret Hart, Goldberg and others, and the nWo angle which had been so hot just a few years prior seemed anemic. The promotion had so many contracted performers that it was virtually impossible to give them all ample screen time. Between Nitro, Thunder, Saturday Night and Worldwide, there was a lot of TV time to fill. Even then, many wrestlers struggled to find a slot on programming. Due to the sheer number of wrestling employees on their books, WCW's roster featured a lot of guys and gals who are easy to forget. That's what this list focuses on, those men and women from the late-90's in WCW that a lot of people won't remember. None of these people went on to make a big splash in the wrestling world after the company closed doors for the final time in 2001, but they were aboard the WCW gravy train towards the tail end of the previous decade.
