20 Most Iconic WWE Entrance Themes

11. Goldberg

It's not often that a character in which only wrestled for 6-7 years is remembered as fondly ten years later as ever before, but that's certainly the case with Goldberg. In fact, Goldberg really only spent about four and a half years in the ring, but his character-- and his theme-- are still ingrained in the history of pro wrestling. Goldberg's theme is a special one in the sense that there was no high paced guitar riff, no lyrics, and no signature phrases. Instead, Goldberg is introduced via drums and synthesizers to somewhat of a gladiator theme, something that fit his whole persona. His walkout would start with a camera outside his dressing room, somewhat of a precursor to the UFC main event entrances of today. While not ominous like the Undertaker's theme, it served to set up the beat down that was sure to follow it. Similar to that of the Ultimate Warrior, much of the Goldberg experience was his grand entrance, as opposed to the match itself.
