20 Most Iconic WWE Entrance Themes

5. Legion Of Doom/Road Warriors

Very rarely is a reaction to an entrance so loud, it receives its own insider term to define it. "The Road Warrior" pop is a glaring exception. Widely considered the most dominant tag team in pro wrestling history, the Road Warriors reached the pinnacle during their runs in the WWF, WCW, NWA, and AWA, thanks in large part to their unique look, charisma, and theme song. When the crowd heard Road Warrior Hawk scream "What a Rush" over the PA system, the place came unglued. Regardless of country or continent, the guitar heavy track brought crowds to their feet, and caused opponents to tremble in their boots. The theme was exclusive to the WWE, so LOD couldn't use the theme during their WCW run in the mid-1990's, but well into 1998, the team was still raising hell, and getting earth-shaking ovations from fans. Although Hawk passed away well before his time, Road Warrior Animal would have another WWE run in the mid-2000's, as well as an appearance on Smackdown in 2012, getting that signature reaction when "What a Rush" blared throughout the arena.
