Matt Hardy and Ethan Carter III faced off in the finals of the TNA World Title Series this week. Things got a little scary when Matt attempted what looked like a side effect atop steel steps. Ethan looked like he caught the corner of the steps as he fell off the side. All was okay and Carter would go on to win the championship, but things sure looked harrowing for a minute.
