John Cena has been the face of WWE for over a decade and even though he's not in the WWE Title hunt right nowm we all know he's still considered one of the top performers in the company. That's what happens when you've won more WWE World Titles than anybody else (15 so far) and are only one behind Ric Flair, who is recognized with 16 World Title reigns. Cena is a living legend who, at age 37, likely has another good five more years as a full timer if he wants to do it for that long. It appears as though WWE is in the process of downgrading him as a main event talent because he's currently feuding with Rusev over the US Title at WrestleMania. That doesn't mean that he'll never win the WWE Title again. He probably will. It's just that for now he's pushed down a bit so they can focus on the rise of Roman Reigns. He's a man whose look has remained fairly consistent since he became a regular performer in WWE in 2002. He might have had different types of tights, he wore in jeans, then jean shorts and cargo pants, but wrestling in sneakers has been consistent for him.
