20 Reasons Why Last Night's WWE Raw Reunion Was An Absolute Mess

6. Nobody Could Take A Bump

WWE are dumb as f*ck.

If proof is needed, consider last night’s headaches. Consider the company booking a bunch of elderly, broken-down legends for this reunion show. Consider that they apparently scripted a bunch of segments in which the veterans took bumps. Consider Vince McMahon and his bloody braintrust sitting in a room, writing physical spots for crazy old dudes with hip replacements, surgically-repaired necks, and dozens of other problems, all without doing a jot of research.

Consider that they didn’t realise this was a problem until they got to the building, and then had to rewrite a whole bunch of legend appearances as a result.

It’s almost beyond parody. Almost. Instead, it goes down as another hilarious self-own in a year full of them. These daft sh*ts probably wanted Ric Flair to go through an announce table, or Scott Hall to take a Shatter Machine.

Even Mick Foley, in one of the night’s few Actually Good moments, couldn’t bump for Bray Wyatt. Mick Foley!
