OK, not really. That's not Jim Ross, but a fan who popped up on one of the ThunderDome screens behind the announcers kinda' looked like him. He was only visible for a brief second when Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns were scrapping in the corner.

The dude's t-shirt did say "Miami", and Ross is based in Florida for Dynamite. Hmm. Yes, yes this is the very definition of clutching at straws. WWE are also based in Florida.
