20 Worst Moments Of CM Punk's WWE Career

13. The Angle With Kevin Nash

There was something even worse about that SummerSlam battle, and that was the random involvement of Kevin Nash. Big Sexy hadn't been on WWE TV in some time, and without Triple H having a stake in the WWE Championship, it made little sense for Nash to play any role in the outcome of that match. However, he did, attacking Punk and leaving him as a prime target for Del Rio. From there, Punk and Nash feuded as well as anyone could with a wrestler who couldn't defend himself. It was an awkward time, but Punk recognized that Nash was working as Triple H's lackey and once again attempted to set up the match that everyone really wanted to see, which was against The Game himself. By Night of Champions, the original card called for Punk and Nash to do battle. Rather expectedly, Triple H later changed the match, inserting himself in Nash's place.
