17. Kicking Ass And Chewing Bubblegum (They Live, 1987)
There are many contenders for the worst movie starring a wrestler, but far fewer choices for the absolute best. One sure to rank near the top of any such list is They Live, a John Carpenter horror/sci-fi/action movie where Roddy Piper finds sunglasses that let him see that certain people (typically the most successful in society) are aliens who control the rest with subliminal messages. What follows is a tense, rapidly-escalating situation as Piper's character, a drifter named Nada, starts a one-man war with the invaders. One of the most memorable lines from the film comes when Nada enters a bank full of aliens. In a Piper ad-lib, he delivers the immortal line "I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass... and I'm all out of bubblegum". It's a legendary moment from a legendary movie, and the sheer coolness of it (a perfect 10 on the Fonzie Scale) is so jaw-dropping that it merits a WTF.
