He's here to promote WWF Magazine and Raw Magazine, and he does so in strangely smarky fashion: "You think those announcers are shootin' with ya?". Correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't those magazines written in kayfabe? Why advertise them as dirtsheet-style insider publications? Because Vince Russo, I guess.
