Who knew Ryback could fly?
With WWE's next 'pay per view' event just under a month away, many fans would have been forgiven for heading into this week's episode of RAW with low expectations. However, as showtime edged ever closer, both John Cena and Brock Lesnar were confirmed for the Indianapolis event which in The Beast's case especially, shocked the masses and heightened the level of interest. Last week's RAW ended with Lesnar making somewhat of a shock return as The Authorities' handpicked opponent to face WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, as the former Shield member looks to prove he can do it on his own. One side note that was intriguing heading into Monday night was the rumours surrounding Rollins, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns. Many expect them to get back together over the summer to take down Brock, and if these rumours are true, maybe a seed or two could have been set to be sewn last night... Cena's return means only one thing. Kevin Owens. The NXT Champions stole the show last week, firstly with his stellar bout with Dolph Ziggler, before power-bombing guest star MGK off the stage. The pair are fully expected to have a third and final match for the United States Championship down the road, and interest in what direction WWE would book the former Mr Steen into doing was high heading into RAW.
